The ERP that reads its own paperwork.
In Portugal every insurer sends its statement its own way. Instead of a connector per insurer, Amparo reads the document, matches each line to the right receipt and shows you the difference — with the reason for every match.
- 01Drop the statement in
PDF, Excel, whatever the insurer sends. No required format, no integration.
- 02The lines get read
- 03Matched to receipts
- 04The difference surfaces

In Spain, EIAC standardised the exchange of information between insurers and brokers and is built into every broker management system. In Portugal, the information reaching each intermediary varies "both in quality and in quantity". That is not a technology problem waiting on a standard — it is a reading problem, and reading is already solvable.
A complete ERP, with reconciliation at the centre.
Any insurer, any format. Lines keep what was printed, along with how confident the reading was.
The premium stays decomposed — net, charges, stamp duty, parafiscal levies. Only the commissionable base earns commission.
Cascades down the chain of intermediaries, to the cent. Rounding lands on the house, never on the agent.
Hierarchy, offices and a portal of their own. Each agent sees their own book — and only theirs.
Every policy knows which acquisition it came in on. So you can answer how the book you bought two years ago is doing.
Each brokerage's data isolated in the database. Writes recorded in an insert-only log.
Every line of business behaves differently. So does the system.
Workers' compensation is adjusted against payroll at year end. Property follows the bank, not the client. Life pays almost everything in the first year — and claws it back if the policy lapses. The fields, the commission bands and the levies all change with the line of business.

Your brand in front of your intermediaries.
Your intermediaries receive documents carrying your identity — not ours. A brokerage reselling Amparo to its agents never shows our name.

What people ask us first.
No. That's the difference. Spain has EIAC, a standardised format that more than 70 insurers issue. Portugal has no equivalent, and every insurer sends what it wants, how it wants. Instead of building a connector per insurer, Amparo reads the document — the same work a member of staff does reading the statement, done by a model and reviewed by a person.
Bring a month of statements. We'll compare against your system.
If we don't find differences that justify the cost, you'll know that in a week — without spending a project to find out.
