What each role can do
- Owner
- Everything, including members, roles and organisation details. At least one must always exist.
- Administrator
- Everything an owner does, including managing members and roles.
- Manager
- Works the whole book: policies, receipts, claims, treasury, commissions. Cannot manage members or roles.
- Agent
- Read-only, and only their own book and that of the agents beneath them. Writes nothing.
These permissions are enforced by the database, not the interface. Hiding a button protects nothing — the RLS policies do.
